Welcome to EkFlow Yapay Zeka Hizmetleri (“Service”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

EkFlow Yapay Zeka Hizmetleri provides an AI-powered automation platform that integrates with Instagram, WhatsApp, and phone call systems through official and authorized APIs. The Service enables users to:

  • Connect their official Instagram and WhatsApp Business accounts
  • Automate and manage customer messaging
  • Trigger AI-assisted responses and workflows
  • Analyze communication and interaction data
  • Initiate or manage phone call–based automation

All integrations are performed only with explicit user authorization.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use the Service.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own or are authorized to manage all connected accounts
  • Your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies (including Meta, Instagram, and WhatsApp policies)

3. Account Access & Authorization

By connecting your Instagram, WhatsApp, or phone systems, you explicitly authorize the Service to:

  • Access account data strictly necessary to provide the Service
  • Send, receive, and process messages on your behalf based on your configuration
  • Process communication metadata for automation, analytics, and system improvement

You may revoke access at any time via your account settings or by contacting us.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will not use the Service to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited, misleading, or deceptive messages
  • Violate privacy, consumer protection, data protection, or anti-spam laws
  • Impersonate any individual or organization
  • Transmit unlawful, abusive, or harmful content

You are solely responsible for all content, messages, and actions performed through your connected accounts.

5. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer

The Service utilizes artificial intelligence to generate automated responses and workflows.

  • AI-generated outputs are based solely on user configurations and interaction context
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content
  • You are responsible for reviewing, configuring, and monitoring AI behavior

The Service does not use data obtained from Meta Platforms (including Instagram and WhatsApp) to develop, train, or improve any generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
AI functionality is limited strictly to user-configured automation within the scope of the Service.

6. Data Security & Encryption

All data processed by the Service is protected using industry-standard security measures, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit (TLS/HTTPS)
  • Encryption of data at rest
  • Secure encryption key management and restricted access controls

In the event of unauthorized access, stored data remains encrypted and unreadable.

7. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to provide continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue features
  • Perform maintenance or updates
  • Temporarily restrict access for security or legal reasons

8. Suspension & Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

  • We are not responsible for platform account restrictions, message delivery failures, or third-party actions

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EkFlow Yapay Zeka Hizmetleri from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
